This position will work closely with various business unit representatives and our client to develop real estate strategies and/or alternatives that meet or exceed their business requirements. Specific activities include but are not limited to the development and approval of project program requirements, schematic test fits, initial and final program of record (scope, schedule and cost documentation). In addition, this successful candidate will manage and direct various functional projects teams and resolve all business unit/client and/or implementation team issues to assure project goals are achieved. The position requires experience in real estate project management with a proven record of successful completion of projects from inception through closeout. The candidate must possess outstanding presentation, verbal/written communication, leadership and negotiation skills. This position will report to the WB Washington Associate Principal, Strategic Services based in Bethesda, Maryland.
