This position is responsible for ensuring optimum operational, financial and business performance results are achieved through the successful development and implementation of comprehensive programs, initiatives, and strategies. This position will direct and coordinate all phases of the property management function within the assigned portfolio, including property operations, financial planning, and product marketing. Bachelor's degree is required; graduate degree is preferred. Minimum 5 years of management experience in a multi-family housing or related field is required.
