The Executive Director will serve under and report to a five-member Board. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership, management, and financial abilities. Work Experience includes three years mid-to senior level management experience in subsidized housing overall administration and management of a public housing agency; implementation of HUD housing program regulations including managing a Section 8 HCV program; Rural Housing, construction modernization, and finance; and property management.
