Description
We are looking for an energetic, personable, and highly-motivated individual to join our team as a Recruiting Operations Manager. This is currently a Temporary Position.
The Recruiting Manager?s primary responsibility will be to lead the talent recruitment effort and assist hiring managers in selecting the best employees available. The Manager will be responsible for representing the company at career fairs and other recruiting events, keeping recruiting metrics and preparing data analysis on recruiting topics utilizing the recruiting HRIS. The Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies. A broad degree of creativity, short- and long-term recruiting vision, business understanding, and personal organization are required. BA or BS degree required.
Day to day responsibilities include:
- Recruiting candidates in multiple skill sets through job postings, Internet recruiting websites, job fairs, networking events, referrals, and by utilizing our database.
- Partner with Task Leaders/Hiring Managers to create detailed job requisitions.
- Qualifying technical professionals for skill, proficiency, and suitability for job requirements
- Maintaining and documenting candidate communication in our applicant tracking system.
- Extending offers of employment to selected candidates under the direction of the process director/hiring manager.
- Maintaining accurate documentation on all candidate searches, interviews, and interactions to ensure compliance through proper procedures and documentation.
- Coordinating efforts of the recruiting team, setting priorities, and ensuring that critical deadlines are met.
-Experience with the following Microsoft products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
-Assisting with other Human Resources functions when needed.
Education, Training & Experience
- BS degree in an appropriate discipline plus ten years direct, rogressive experience.
- At least 5 years of technical recruiting experience with a proven track record of filling job requirements successfully.
- Experience sourcing candidates using innovative approaches.
- Knowledge of employment law and experience in meeting compliance requirements (OFCCP) and audits.
- Ability to multi-task while keeping organized with a proven record of meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work with and lead team to accomplish staffing goals.
- Knowledge of employment law and experience in meeting compliance requirements.
- Hands-on experience using an Applicant Tracking System such as Sonic Recruit.
Desired:
- Government contractor experience preferred.

Physical Requirements
Work at a computer or desk 90% of the time. May involve long periods of sitting or standing depending on current task.
May require lifting and carrying up to 20 lbs.
Work Environment
An inside environment/cubicle (considerations: closed quarters, close together, lighting). Needs to be able to work well with co-workers and clients. Needs to have clear, concise and accurate communication skills (English language). Must be able to perform duties including confidential conversations and interviews in open cubicle environment.

Attendance
Regular hours will be between Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Regular attendance is extremely important. Will require attendance outside regular hours to meet deadlines, attend recruiting events and critical meetings. Punctuality and regular attendance are necessary to meet deadlines.
Other Essential Functions
Must be able to work in a team atmosphere. Must put forward a professional behavior that enhances productivity and promotes teamwork and cooperation. Grooming and dress must be appropriate for the position and must not impose a safety risk/hazard to the employee or others. Travel to and from customer, other office locations and recruiting events will be required.
