Deputy Community Management Director   Employer: Picerne Military Housing Job Location: Fort Bragg , NX Cash Compensation: Industry Type: General Contractors - Managers Job Description: JOB DUTIES: This position directly supports the Community Management Director in the development and implementation of the full community and neighborhood management plan (asset, property and fiscal management) at the installation. The Deputy Community Management Director also supervises all neighborhood staff on a daily basis. This position is responsible for interacting with stakeholders, community-based organizations, government officials and residents to promote programs and gain support for initiatives to improve resident quality of life, leading regular operations meetings with neighborhood management teams to educate and inform team members, ascertain team accomplishments and monitor progress of initiatives and program goals, oversee preparation and monitor implementation of asset management plans and annual budgets for all neighborhoods, and review financial reports and contribute to variance reporting. JOB REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate will have a professional designation of Registered Apartment Manager or Accredited Residential Manager or similar industry designation, professional designation of Certified Property Manager or active candidacy for such or similar designation is strongly preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or related field and 5+ years progressive experience in managing a multi-site residential portfolio of at least 1,000 units with a professional management organization, and proven success in staff management are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and competency in YARDI Property Management software or equivalent industry related software. Must be able to travel up to 15% of the time.
