This individual will report to the Director of East Coast Engineering and will be located in Burlington, MA. The position will have oversight of all construction and facilities engineering work for RTSC contracts. This leader will be responsible for the organizational structure and supervisory relationships within the group, which will be comprised of multi-disciplined engineering and construction management professionals responsible for worldwide, mission-critical projects, including those at remote, austere, and potentially hazardous locations. This individual will be RTSC's foremost expert and primary representative on construction and facilities engineering-related issues, and will be called upon to develop related organizational policies and to brief within that area of expertise at all levels of the Raytheon Company. He/she will develop and maintain related processes and procedures, identify best practices, champion knowledge sharing across corporate and geographic boundaries, and lead the development of new capabilities needed to implement major growth strategies for the company.
