Mortenson Construction is currently seeking a Construction Executive / Sr. Project Executive to Join our Denver Operating Group. • Lead Project teams on large-scale, complex healthcare related projects from Pre-Construction to successful close-out • Developing and building relationships and networks with industry professionals, designers and architects. • Assisting in the development of initial sales, customer proposals and project estimates • Overseeing contract negotiations • Champion quality and safety initiatives • Mentoring, supervising project staff • Provide superior customer service Qualifications: • Must enjoy customer development and pre-construction management • Professional expertise demonstrated through at least 10 years of construction experience • Energetic and passionate about the building industry • Experience as a lead Project Manager on at least two large-scale projects in building Health Care Facilities, Laboratories, Sports Facilities, High Rise Office Buildings, Hotels, Higher Education Facilities or Municipal related projects. Managing 70+ million dollars is a must. Must have local experience. • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Architecture Why Mortenson?
