Senior HR Generalist   Employer: BE&K Construction Job Location: Houston , TX Cash Compensation: Industry Type: General Contractors - Managers Job Description: POSITION DESCRIPTION As the Senior HR Generalist for International Construction based in Houston, TX, you will work under general supervision with responsibility for day-to-day administration of policies and programs covering several or all of the following: staffing, compensation and benefits, training, employee relations, compliance, and other administrative functions. You will provide support to line management within International Construction regarding the interpretation and application of policies and procedures and may provide guidance to less experienced staff.
