Environmental Manager- Source Testing Field Leader   Employer: Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc Job Location: St. Louis , MO Cash Compensation: Industry Type: Engineers Job Description: We are currently seeking a Source Testing Field Team Leader/ Manager for our newest office in St. Louis which is located in Hazelwood, Missouri. Responsibilities: * Manage testing projects, staff and client relationships * Oversee maintenance of project logbook records and computer program files * Ensure proper execution of pollution surveys and collecting and analyzing samples * Review technical documents to ensure completeness and conformance to requirements * Supervise laboratory work such as logging numerical and visual observations, preparing and packaging samples, recording test results, and performing photo documentation. * Review work plans to schedule activities * Obtain product information, identify vendors and suppliers, and order materials and equipment to maintain inventory. Requirements Requirements: * 10+ years of stack testing experience, including previous field team leadership. * Experience with EPA testing methods, including CEMS experience. * Willing and able to travel throughout the Midwest. * Familiarity with management of source testing projects including test plan development, managing project budgets and schedules, project staff, and the client relationship. * Desire to expand an air practice featuring air monitoring services.
