Description:
The purpose of the Environmental Manager is to manage environmental compliance, provide guidance and actions and minimizing the environmental impact in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and Italcementi Group Policies.
The qualified candidate should possess:
o Bachelor's degree in technical field (engineering, science, or equivalent) preferred.
o Significant environmental experience, in absence of degree.
o Experience in plant operations and maintenance preferred.
o Experience in managing environmental and regulatory issues required.
o Technical skills - plant operations, maintenance, environmental affairs, cement industry preferred.
o Organization and administration administrative skills.
o Communication skills.
