The ideal candidate must have at least 8 years experience in geotechnical consulting, and the ability to provide high-end technical support on complex geotechnical projects. Experience with project management is required. Strong analytical and computer skills are required in areas including, slope stability analysis, retaining wall analysis, bearing capacity analysis, pile design, and foundation design.An MS from an accredited college/university is preferred with a major in civil/geotechnical engineering. Professional Registration (PE) or the ability to obtain registration in the State of California within 3 months. California Geotechnical Engineer preferred or the ability to obtain within 12 months Requirements 10+ years of related experience in consulting engineering firm or related service business and knowledge of applicable laws and regulations required; or 8 years related experience with MS or 6 years related experience with PhD. Certifications or registrations as available by profession. Advanced knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint required. Oracle experience preferred. Excellent communication skills and in-depth knowledge of Company operations and products. Applies the most current technologies/methodologies in field of expertise. Education Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of experience and education required. MS desired.
