Must be able to multi-task, have excellent communication skills (oral and written), diplomacy and tact, operate and maintain computers and computer driven equipment. Responsible for the smooth operation and upscale image of all facilities and grounds. Must have exceptional project management skills. Basic Criteria/Duties (include but are not limited to the following): •Assist in creation and adherence of annual department budgets. •The ability to lead and motivate groups and individuals. Able to think creatively and strategically to successfully mediate and negotiate with individuals and groups internally and externally. Able to overcome obstacles to cooperation and to foster harmonious relations •Responsible for total maintenance and smooth functioning of the company facilities. Includes oversight of all buildings and grounds, including the proper functioning of equipment within the facilities. •Develop, monitor, and enforce the facility’s policies, processes, and procedures. •Develop, schedule and control maintenance programs that ensure the facility will function and operate as designed. •Develop and monitor regularly scheduled inspections of the property to ensure all maintenance repairs and upkeep are performed so as not to allow the property to degrade or become non-compliant with any building code that may affect the safety or security of any guest or employee. •Responsible for the scheduling, supervision and performance of the department’s personnel; ensure appropriate training and licensure is maintained for all staff. •Oversee purchase and maintenance of equipment, offices furnishings, and building systems. Contracting with and overseeing vendors who provide services. •Oversight and maintenance of and utilities such as electric, water, and sewer, with strategies for continuous improvement in these areas. •Oversee all new construction and repair projects on the property to include vendor bids and quotations and contract awards. •Ensure compliance with all rules, regulations and laws associated with the building and property, including ADA and OSHA regulations and state and local building codes. •All other duties as assigned or required. Job Requirements EDUCATION: • Required: Bachelor's degree in Business field • Prefer: MBA EXPERIENCE: • Require: Min. 10 years in Management position in operations, customer service, retail, or gaming environment; 5 must be in senior management • Require: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn other software packages; • Prefer 15 years of management experience; • Prefer experience in technology driven operations; • Prefer proven track record of successful customer service experience.
