The time is right to join HNTB Corporation. We are seeking candidates for a hands-on Senior Project Manager to lead and grow our Water and Wastewater practice and play a key a role in marketing and municipal practice development in our San Antonio, Texas office.
RESPOPSIBILITIES:
*
Serve as primary client contact for multiple projects in excess of $2,500,000 of construction costs.
*
Establish relationships with new and existing clients and secure profitable new work.
*
Has full managerial responsibility for all aspects of the project including contracting, negotiating, cost control, staffing, project delivery, and quality control.
*
Actively manage client’s budgets, schedule and program; HNTB budget and schedule; project communications and documentation.
*
Satisfy client requirements.
*
This practice builder will serve and grow our existing client base as well as identify and develop new market opportunities.
*
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing a variety of water and wastewater projects including planning, treatment, supply and collection.
*
Candidate must also have a successful track record of marketing municipal services. Project experience with local and regional municipalities, including cities, counties, and other agencies/authorities is required.
*
Candidate must be able to demonstrate the ability to work on and manage multiple projects simultaneously, as well as the ability to effectively manage personnel, budgets, and client interaction.
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
*
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, or related field
*
Minimum of 15 years of experience
*
Texas Professional Engineer (PE) License required.
