AECOM Water is looking for a seasoned professional to manage, direct, and grow the municipal water and wastewater activities in the Raleigh business unit of one of the leading consulting firms in the World.
This business unit provides full service engineering to the municipal water and wastewater market. Major responsibilities include business development, management and growth in this market for our service lines of planning, consulting, design and construction management services. Responsible for the growth of sales, top-line revenue and operating income, and staff development.
Qualifications:
• BS in civil engineer
• Master’s Degree preferred
• PE with the ability to receive reciprocity in other states where projects are executed
• Must have a minimum of 15+ years experience
• Must have significant business development success
• Must have strong presentation and proposal skills
The ideal candidate must demonstrate a reputation as a high performer, having worked in collaboration with senior level management teams to achieve substantial growth with profitability. The position responsibilities include both business development and operations within the AECOM Raleigh office, with a focus on financial, profit/loss, strategic planning, organizational growth and development. From a technical perspective, the candidate should have the appropriate mix of experience in the water/wastewater arena, to provide the leadership necessary and desired in the position.
