About the Job NRP Contractors LLC a top national multifamily builder is seeking a Senior Project Manager experienced in 250+ unit projects with extensive knowledge in podium and parking deck construction. The successful candidate must live in or be willing to relocate to the Cleveland, OH area. Responsibilities will include; Responsible for overall project management from kickoff through successful completion. Oversee design development, specifications and material submittal process. Coordinate design professionals involved in the project. Secure required permits from various governmental agencies. Direct and coordinate construction activities on multiple sites. Supervise, manage and support project superintendents. Oversee project controls including, budgets, direct costs, contracts, and purchase orders, change orders, scheduling and reporting to senior management. Requirements ; Experience in podium and parking deck construction. Must have history with projects from $5-$30MM. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Timberline software.
