Job Description:
PARSONS is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to support our Road and Highway group in Southern California. The selected candidate must have proven knowledge of Caltrans and FHWA construction policy and procedures, as well as extensive experience managing and overseeing the construction of major highway improvement projects in Southern California. The candidate must have a broad general knowledge of the local market and of Caltrans Districts 7, 8, 11, & 12 as well as established relationships with Orange County agencies performing work within the state right-of-way. The candidate will have the responsibility for generating new sales from current and existing clients, and capturing market shares in the pursuit of construction management services for major highway improvement projects.
Qualifications

PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
4-year degree in Civil Engineering or a construction-related field. Masters Degree preferable. A minimum of 20 years of construction management experience and at least 14 years overseeing and managing the construction of major capital improvement projects within the state right-of-way. State of California Registered Professional Civil Engineer license is required.
