We have a great opportunity on our Member Services Team for an Associate Vice President- Account Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for for the electric lending account management and relationship management of a specific group of electric accounts, their subsidiaries and their affiliates. Essential Functions include: * Originate, analyze, process, and service loans that may include some high activity, high profile systems * Consult with customers to assure customer satisfaction and appropriate portfolio management of accounts * Interact with staff and management regarding loan recommendations and follow up in a timely manner * Interact with various third party professionals providing service to customers * Risk rate credits assigned including qualitative factors * Assist team with preparation of competitive materials and the presentations thereof to maintain and increase quality loan volume * Oversee or perform analysis on prospective credits including preparing underwriting memo * Coordinate all aspects of loan negotiations and documentation * Present information on business to management, Corporate Credit Committee, and Board of Directors * Monitor credit compliance, analyze associated risks, discuss with customers and make recommendations for appropriate resolution * Detect potential problem credits, advise appropriate parties, and assist in resolution of problems * Serve on task forces, as needed. Education & Experience Required: Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting or related field Knowledge of financial and accounting principles Knowledge of loan structures and legal documents 5 years commercial banking or other relevant experience dealing with high-profile, high activity accounts Completion of banking credit training program highly desirable.
