Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the establishment of both annual and monthly sales objectives in coordination with the Company's goals * Establish strategy for company, customer and regional branches to effectively execute goals * Responsible for the successful management of the needs of the Company's customers in order to meet the objectives of the company's overall goals and strategies * Motivate customers sales team dealers * Periodically give Architectural, General Contractor, Masonry, etc. firm presentations to assist, educate and to secure specifying and selling company products * Visit customer branches and dealers to educate them on company products, installation and selling techniques * Employee will be expected to be technically knowledgeable of products, how architects function, market, industry trends and competitors * Work with customers installation material suppliers in an effort to cross sell with the signal objective of selling more Company products * Coordinate with customer to meet their marketing and special order needs in a timely matter
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years managing a multi-million dollar national account, preferably in the construction material (stone) field * 90% Travel required * Bachelors Degree preferred * Efficient with a CRM * Effective negotiating and selling skills * Dynamic Self starter * Is highly organized and has very effective time management skills * Is a demonstrated leader among employees
