The primary duties of the Senior Project Manager are developing procurement documents for a variety of alternative delivery methods including design-build, construction management, construction management at risk, Public Private Partnerships and traditional delivery methods for transportation projects. The Senior Project Manager will also lead design-build and other large transportation projects.

Requirements The person would ideally have the following:
BSCE or equivalent degree
10+ years relevant experience
Experience with the development of plans, specifications and estimates for highway, transit or other infrastructure projects
Ability to understand and work with data from traffic and revenue studies
Experience in developing of operation and maintenance programs
Knowledge of construction contracts
Familiarity with risk identification and assignment
Familiarity with construction cost estimating
An understanding of available funding options, tolling regulations, and FHWA policies is a plus
