Job Description: |
Knowledge of the federal contracting process, to include congressional appropriations process, military construction program execution process, and federal agencies, responsible for project execution. Knowledge and skill in preparing professional proposals in response to client Request for Proposal (RFP) documents. Ability to develop strategic market entry and business growth strategies for target markets in the engineering and construction arena. Strong analytical skills, presentation skills, and ability to interact with various levels within the organization, and across company divisions. Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment while meeting multiple deadlines. Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Ability to obtain security clearance if required by business direction.
