Requirements
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- Work experience in one of the following industries preferred: Government Contracting, familiarity with OFCCP Guidelines.
- Strong business to business sales background with measurable accomplishments
- Recruiting experience a plus but not required
- Desire to have unlimited earning potential that is commensurate with your effort
- Comfort developing relationships over the phone
- Resiliency necessary to handle the rejection that comes with any sales position
