Requirements - Experience managing the estimating process and team. - Experience in on-screen take off and estimating software. - Define scope of work in the proposal. - Gather details and maintain current market data to accurately estimate construction, material and soft costs associated with project construction. - Familiarity with and the ability to stay current regarding changing regulatory requirements. - Develop documentation of cost and schedule in support of the bid process. - Understand fully the design build process and experience working with design teams during the bid process. - Ability to recognize and recommend alternative designs/scopes. - Estimate quantities and obtain quotes from subcontractors. - Highly motivated and a team player. - Experience managing the estimating process and team. - Healthcare and/or Military conceptual experience. - Will be asked to provide a project portfolio.
