Manage a large staff of employees - directly supervise 4 supervisors and managers. Indirectly manage between 30-50 employees. Coordinate all activities of the group. Operate group productivity within budgetary limits. Supervise group marketing program. Perform client audits. Produce quality products. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering plus 15 years of experience.
