Marketing Director- Architecture   Employer: Allana Buick & Bers Job Location: El Segundo , CA Cash Compensation: Industry Type: Architects Job Description: OVERVIEW We are seeking a Marketing Manger to support the business development and marketing efforts of our Los Angeles office located in El Segundo, CA. This position will support a combination of business development and marketing functions including the development of both client relationships and marketing documentation. RESPONSIBILITIES -Work closely with corporate marketing and firm principals with the implementation of the corporate marketing initiatives. -Identify and develop key client relationships working closely with the firm principals and managers. -Coordinate and prepare submittals, statements of qualification, proposals, letters, presentations and other marketing collateral. -Edit and proofread documentation for proposals, presentations and interviews. -Identify and manage leads. -Coordinate the distribution of marketing collateral for potential clients. -Lead the development of interview presentation materials and coach interview team. -Work with project managers and field staff in the development of long term client relationships with existing clients. -Assist with preparation and execution of tradeshows. -Assist with the scheduling of seminars, client interviews, etc. -Provide support as needed to develop new and repeat business. QUALIFICATIONS -Excellent written and oral communication skills -Well organized with the ability to organize others -Detail and deadline oriented with the ability to multi-task -Bachelors Degree in Marketing or a related discipline preferred -3-5 years of professional marketing experience within the A/E/C industry Construction industry experience, knowledge of building envelope industry would be a plus -Significant experience MS Office Suite -Experience with Adobe Products.
