Requirements: - Utilize minimum requirements to lead day-to-day operations, develop and direct corporate policies, procedures and organizational structure to achieve corporate objectives. - Review and have final approval on all corporate major equipment purchases and capitol expenditures, approve major bids or estimates, including Private Financial Initiatives (PFI). - Monitor cost analysis activities on a routine basis and maintain a positive financial direction for assigned operational, divisional and subsidiary work segments. - Oversee junior executives and other management. - Must have a Bachelor’s Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Civil Engineering or related field and 15 years in the job offered or 15 years in an executive or board level position with any combination of civil engineering transportation and utilities infrastructure with greater than $400 million revenue. Experience may have been obtained concurrently and must include: - 15 years of executive financial operations; - 15 years of executive level marketing experience; - 10 years of executive or board level utility tunneling; - 10 years of executive level or board level experience in any combination of water and waste water treatment plants - 10 years construction management experience - 10 years in each of the following: estimating; planning and scheduling, and strategic forecasting and budgeting; - 10 years experience at executive level monitoring and improving business performance; - 5 years experience at executive level in the strategic purchasing an selling of businesses; - 5 years Public/Private Partnership (PPP) operations; - 4 years of experience in Private Finance Initiatives (PFI). - Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable.
