Job Description: Columbia University in the City of New York is seeking applicants for the Director of Capital Projects Administration position. A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience in all aspects of financial management with some background in contract administration required. The Director will manage the administration for capital projects and construction-related spending for Columbia University Facilities in order to support project managers with the administrative burden and allow the project managers to focus on core construction competencies. Candidates seeking consideration must have sound knowledge of construction management and procurement as well as financial controls.
