Director of Engineering   Employer: Diamond Resorts International Job Location: Las Vegas , NV Cash Compensation: Industry Type: Building Owners Job Description: Responsibilities include project engineering, equipment qualification, the operation and maintenance of process and critical utility equipment, as well as facilities and infrastructure maintenance. - Provide process equipment and critical utility systems support for continued operations; evaluating and bringing forth opportunities for improvements in all areas of responsibility. - Management of all aspects of the security and maintenance of physical property and improvements or expansions as necessary to support company needs. - Development, implementation and management of a regulatory compliant equipment qualification and maintenance program. - Directly responsible for the implementation and monitoring of annual departmental operating and capital budgets, consistent with financial objectives. - Responsible for the oversight of all development and training of Departmental staff.
