BSME or BSEE required (PE desirable) with minimum 5 years experience in the design of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, piping, power and lighting projects. Ideally able to lead design efforts for a variety of projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD required. Commissioning experience, LEED Accreditation a plus. For over 30 years we have provided comprehensive A/E services under multi-year contracts (ID/IQ) for the Air Force Reserve, NASA, U.S. Postal Service and the Army Corps of Engineers. Recently we have provided facility condition assessment, programming and conceptual design services for the City of Akron Municipal Building and the Cleveland Police Headquarters Main Jail. For the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority we are designing their new East Side Transit Center, which will be part of a city block multi-use center in partnership with Cleveland State University. We have designed parking structures for the City of Akron, Summit County, and Cuyahoga County.
