Create piping and equipment layout. Perform takeoffs. Knowledge of plumbing costs and pricing. Analyze plans for conflicts with specifications. Prepare cost sheets. Assemble bids. Complete pre-bid and post-bid checklists. Work with customer/general contractor. Manage staff and department operations.
