Who We Are

R. E. LEECM is a construction management and consulting firm founded in Charlottesville, Virginia in 1998. The firm was created to respond to a growing demand for construction management and owner representation services. LEECM is sister company to nine construction and property management firms that have been serving the construction community since 1939. Our experience brings depth and extraordinary resources to your project.

Agency/Construction Management applies a program of effective management tools to establish the LEECM Pathway for the planning, design, and construction process in order to control the critical issues of scope, time, cost, and quality. In this role we assume the responsibility of owners advocate and professional advisor. Because all trade contracts are written directly to the owner (Agency/CM), or there is one prime contract between builder and owner (Owners Representative services), we are in a position to offer advice and professional direction unencumbered by any interests other than those that best serve the project. You are our only focus, and your project our only mission.
