Altmann Construction, Inc. was founded over 20 years ago in the Los Gatos area of California. After building numerous custom homes and commercial properties in California, Fred Altmann relocated his family and company to Reno Nevada to participate in the building of custom homes in the new development known as Caughlin Ranch. Not only did Altmann Construction build the first home in Caughlin Ranch, but has since built dozens of custom homes throughout this premium community as well as the Caughlin Club Sports Facility.
