A.D. Davis Construction has been family owned and operated for 50 years. Today the company is led by the third generation of the Davis family, Michael Davis, who joined the business in 1988. Our company holds active memberships in the St. Johns County Builder's Council and the Association of General Contractors. Our employees serve on community boards including the Flagler Hospital Board. A.D. Davis is proud to support the community in which its employees and clients live and work. Our company and its employees are proud to support a variety of worthwhile community organizations such as St. Augustine Little League, the YMCA, ARC and St. John's County Youth Basketball. A.D. Davis was pleased to support Project S.W.I.N.G. playground located in the heart of St. Augustine's downtown area. In 1997, thousands of St. Augustine residents, with the support of local businesses, pulled together resources and manpower to build Project S.W.I.N.G. These same folks banned together again in 2000 to rebuild the much loved playground after it was destroyed by arson. A.D. Davis is proud of its record of service to the community and equally proud of our employees who give of their time and talents to make St. Johns County a strong, viable community.
