Job Description

: Established Construction Firm is seeking a Vice President of Operations who will lead, develop, inspire and manage the Commercial division team. As part of the Leadership Team, this individual will be responsible for achieving business objectives, meeting customer commitments, and delivering construction projects on time and within budget. This individual must have the leadership skills necessary in order to lead a strong and talented team and to drive initiatives.

Accountable for:

Project delivery (Profit and loss, scheduling, quality and safety)
People (Performance, recruitment, training, development, retention, and networking)
Process (Policy compliance, process adherence, procedure implementation and maintenance)
Project Manager oversight (Staff development, customer satisfaction, and profit and loss training)
Reporting Results

Qualifications

Required:

15+ years Commercial Construction experience
Strong Commercial Construction portfolio *
Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering or similar

Preferred:

Professional Registration (AIA, PE, DBIA Designation, or CMCIA Certification)
LEED Certification
OSHA 10/30
First Aid/ CPR Certification
