As a successful Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for preserving the asset and providing a quality customer experience which includes: property appearance, managing service requests and turning units in a timely manner. You will direct and perform the day-to-day operations and supervision of the Maintenance staff. This will include: distribution of work, training and development, performance management, employee morale and performing daily maintenance. You will monitor and manage all maintenance expenses, implement and monitor safety program and practices, plan, perform and monitor preventative maintenance and manage execution of capital projects.
Required Experience

* Minimum of three years apartment maintenance experience and at least one year in a supervisory experience
* Computer skills – highly preferred
* Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, mechanical equipment and measuring devices
* Valid driver’s license, automobile insurance coverage and access to a personal vehicle
* Able to safely drive and operate golf cart to travel around the property
* Able to meet all physical requirements with or without a reasonable accommodation
* Able to read, write and communicate fluently in English
* Must have a credit history that demonstrates sound financial decision making, responsibility and reliability
