Job Summary:
Provide leadership and overall management direction for all branch office functions including office management, business development, project oversight, and client relations. Uphold company core values.
Essential Functions:
.. Follow ALL REQUIREMENTS OF THE COMPANY SAFETY PROGRAM. Take
personal responsibility for Safety in working environment. Promote safety among peers, subordinates and supervisors.
.. Plan, staff, and supervise all branch activities
• Coordinate and communicate organizational goals and strategies
• Direct and conduct professional, technical and non-exempt recruiting, ensuring
the consistent employment of highly qualified staff
• Oversee human resources administration, conduct performance reviews,
promote teamwork
• Mentor and aid in the development of subordinate staff
• Maintain continual open communication with staff
.. Maintain positive financial posture for the branch
• Hold profit/loss responsibility for assigned operational unit
• Monitor budget
• Provide weekly and monthly reports on branch status
.. Provide senior project management for construction, operations, and consulting on select projects
• Provide input into initial job setup
