Communicate regularly with Contractors and Building Trades representatives when necessary to assess staffing levels on unit outages and projects.
Build and maintain positive relationships in multiple labor regions and disciplines through continuous communications in labor, contractor, and owner organizations.

Proactively work with the plant outage and project teams to direct the preparation of contractor work scopes, manpower loading of outages, project schedules, and proactively assess labor issues.
Provide oversight in the internal administration of corporate contracts such as the General Maintenance Agreements and other activities.
Research, communicate, and implement best practices and lessons learned among all Fossil Plants related to Contractor Services
Work closely with Supply Chain to evaluate and select cost effective contractors, assist in negotiating contracts and cost savings opportunities with service providers.

Actively participate on committees in labor, contractor and owner organizations.
