Must also have a likeable personality that works well with executive and/or field personnel.

Technical design/construction skills within the hotel/casino industry (also caf/retail/live venue/theme park) for new and existing products
Background in managing the design/construction, quality control standards of a luxury brand
Understanding of conceptual design for building and facility products
Communication, persuasion, and negotiating skills (field to executive level)
Personality that is flexible, upbeat, likeable, credible, and a straight-shooter
Business and financial management skills (budgets, procurement, costs/expenditures, schedules, etc.)
International business experience
Relationship development skills with clients/vendors
Autonomous leadership skills for the design/construction department
Management skills of company resources and people (ability to manage large numbers of people including firm staff, consultants, clients and vendors).
Multi-tasking skills and overseeing many simultaneous projects (worldwide)
Comfortable with a heavy travel schedule (40-60%)
Conflict management skills while maintaining strong relationships.
