What is behavioral interviewing?
Behavioral construction interviewing is a style of construction interviewing that asks construction executives to give specific examples of positive and negative work situations from their background so construction employers can look inside a construction executive's true experience and nature. Behavioral questions are hard to answer with fabrication, and require detailed explanations of instances that must be valid to effectively explain. Behavioral questions seek impromptu details of your past performance and abilities which help construction employers best predict your future performance. Behavioral questions usually begin with "Give me an example," or "Tell me about a time," or Describe a situation."
