Are there any things I should know about how to engage with the various participants of a group interview?

If you get a list of the people who will be in the construction interview, learn their names and roles in the construction employer. Do as much research as you can before you are in the construction interview. Once there, try to speak to each question directly. Make eye contact. Address your answers to the questioner. Try to recognize the interests of each construction executive construction interviewing you and attempt to demonstrate your value to that construction executive and their interests.
