What advice can help me make good construction career decisions?

Setting up personal and career goals are critical to having success in any field. Goal setting needs to be properly researched so that the goals set are achievable and realistic. Once a goal is in place, and working, achievable plans that are specific and measurable need to be put in place. Career decisions should be based on the career plans. If the decision moves you closer to your goal then it should be done.
